    We moved from CO to OK, our agent suggested these people, we agreed, I must admit at first I was frustrated b/c I thought they missed some items, so I called them and asked some questions, and he personally came out to our house to walk through the house and answer our questions...

    Exceptional home inspection by a true professional! When he found a crack in the furnaces heat exchanger, I knew we had hired the right inspector. The sellers agreed to install a new furnace and we saved thousands in unforseen costs Thank you Charles!

    I appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile. Your report goes above and beyond what I had seen previously on inspection, I will be utilizing your services again in addition to referring anyone in need of your services. The report and diagrams were clear and concise. If it were not for your expertise I would have bought a house in major disrepair, so thank you so much for that; the minimal cost for your services saved me thousands of dollars. I can not begin to thank you enough.

    A gentleman and true professional
    Searching for a Home Inspector in Tulsa, OK from a distance (NY) was not so easy. I searched through Google which listed so many of them it made my task even more difficult, but I got on the phone and began calling them one by one and carefully listening to what they had to say. After screening most of the Home Inspectors, I decided to contract with Charles Cravens who was very comforting when we spoke. He sounded as though he truly knew his business. I met him at the house on the day of the inspection. He diligently looked over the house with a keen eye which was exactly what I wanted. I could tell that Charles was extremely experienced at this. He took time to explain things to me and not just looking to hurry through my inspection, which I also thought was very rewarding. It was money well spent and why I'm taking time out to give him this Kudos. If you need a home inspection, Charles is a true professional.
